Working Lunch: Bill's Restaurant Windsor

Although Bill's Restaurants are a group that have been around for a while now I had never actually been to one and was keen to try.

Bill's Windsor.

Bill's Windsor.

The Windsor branch opened early in 2014 when we were away in the US and so it took me a while to get there and give it a go - but at last I have, and yep, it was delicious!

Yum!

Yum!

So on this particular day I was only in the mood for naughty food and the 'Bill's Hamburger' with additional Monterey Jack Cheese came in right on queue and really did the trick!

At £9.95 including skinny fries (plus £1.20 extra for the cheese!) it was pretty much worth every penny as it was really a very sumptuous juicy burger with all the trimmings and lots of flavour.

The Windsor branch is right by Windsor Central Train station and is a small but perfectly formed and relaxed location. It's quite bustling and busy but you also have a sense of privacy in the way that the tables are partitioned off and laid out.

Another nice little place to pop in to for a working lunch with colleagues. The prices are reasonable, not the cheapest, but reasonable for the decent quality of the food that you get.

Overall I think it's a nice addition to the town and a pleasant place to go and chill with friends and colleagues over an agreeable and delicious lunch.

Bill's Vegetarian Breakfast.

Bill's Vegetarian Breakfast.

I have actually since ventured back there for breakfast as word was that the breakfast options were not to be missed.

I concur! The vegetarian breakfast was possibly one of the best I've ever had with poached eggs, fresh guacamole and hummus. Well worth a nibble!
