Jet-Lag Woes? Whoosh!

If you have to travel a lot with your job (or if you're generally just lucky enough to take a lot of holidays!) then you will know the perils of suffering from jet-lag and the tiresome woes that it can bring - especially if you have to be back at your desk looking fresh and sparkly, bright and early the next morning.

So for today just a short review on a product that I tried recently following a bout of the post flying sickness myself. Not a wonder product as such but a nice little pick me up all the same.

Lush Whoosh Shower Jelly.

Lush Whoosh Shower Jelly.

The Lush Whoosh Shower Jelly does pretty much what it says on the tin. I picked it up in an attempt to find something zesty to give me a lift after finding that a few days in after returning from overseas I was still feeling sluggish and a little slow and miserable.

I frequently turn to a new product to give me a boost if feeling this way and this one, at a fairly reasonably priced £3.50, seemed like a treat worth a try.

It's a bit tricky to use - a slippery character, a jelly after all but that aside it's a nice and refreshing product.  With fresh grapefruit and lime juice included in the ingredients it's got a zesty citrus feel that lifts your spirits helping you to feel a little more alert. You can even put it in the fridge or freezer ahead of using it to give you greater shock value when you use it!

It's scent isn't uniquely feminine making it a great product for men as well if struggling with the same ailment. Worth a try if you just want to perk yourself up without spending a fortune.

Even the bright blue colour sort of makes you feel a bit brighter when you open it and gives you that spa kind of feeling.

Overall I was pleased with this purchase and enjoyed using it, like I say it isn't a wonder product to cure all woes but it will spark you up a little if you're feeling a little less than perky.

Bright blue and zesty!
